2 Year Warranty

We guarantee this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of original purchase. If any defects appear during the warranty period, please mail, fax or email your sales receipt as proof of purchase and this warranty card. A repair authorization (RP#) will be issued to you. Once you receive the repair authorization number, you could return the product to us for repair or replacement. You must also include a copy of your receipt, your contact address and shipping information and repair authorization number. We will repair or replace the product without charge. Allow 4-8 weeks for repair and returns. This warranty does not cover any shipping cost. The warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear, improper handling, or accidental damage. We reserve the right to assess any manufacturer's defect claim. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Airline damages must be claimed through airline carrier.
